Day 1 of PBHOT62 is here. I'm hanging out in Tim Hortons, waiting for a meeting that could potentially shift my life in a new direction (no, not a publishing deal but something equally great!). Today I'm celebrating Canada Day (150th to boot!) and will hopefully look back at this day as the day that my life changed for the better. If you haven't guessed already, I picked to read in celebration. I don't think I've read a picture book while sitting in a coffee shop or snapped photos of me reading while in a coffee shop. Nice way to ease into things as there are plenty of more fun ahead! Now if you're little nervous about this challenge I encourage you to push past your fear (here is a little video that I hope will inspire you as it has inspired me). Happy reading! Please share your reads and photos on Twitter and Facebook or in the comment section below. If you haven't had a chance pop over or scroll down and leave some love for our guest author Marcie Colleen. Tweetables /Shareables
